Take more clients. Give each your best.

The first-pass essay read, the college-list research, the deadline tracking — Atlas handles that prep so you spend session time on the judgment only you can give, not the research any AI can do.

What to ask
Yale supplement
Lyra flagged 'I had practiced for weeks' as defensive. Does she agree, or does that line carry meaning we'd miss?
Williams
Late add. What changed since the October list? Is this a family signal or her own pull?
Energy
9 days between logins this week. Is she pacing well, or burning out before submissions?

The first time I argued in front of a real judge, I was thirteen and convinced the case turned on one citation. I had practiced for weeks. The judge interrupted me on minute two — not to disagree, but because I’d cited the wrong year.

That afternoon I learned that an argument is only as strong as its weakest factual claim.

I’ve carried that into mock trial, into the school paper I edit, and into the way I’ll show up at Yale. It’s the small things that decide outcomes; I want to spend four years in a place that takes them seriously.

3 things Atlas flagged
Sentence 1 — defensive opener
Sentence 3 — strongest line
Closing — tighten the hand-off

Things counselors actually ask us.

Will my clients see Atlas Prep branding, or mine?
Practice and Firm tiers ship with white-labeled parent reports and a co-branded student welcome — your name leads, ours sits underneath. Solo runs co-branded by default to keep the price low. Either way, the family experiences Atlas Prep as a tool you brought them, not a separate subscription.
What happens to a student's account when our engagement ends?
The seat releases on your side. The student keeps everything they wrote — drafts, college list, activity log — and can continue at our standard Student Premium rate ($149/yr) if they want to. Most don’t need to; their senior-year work is done. Younger siblings often re-enroll a few years later, which is good for both of us.
Can I keep using my own essay templates and frameworks?
Yes. Atlas Prep does the first read — flags clichés, missing structure, weak openers, drift from the prompt. Final voice, per-school positioning, and the sit-down strategy conversation stay with you. We don’t generate finished essays for submission, ever.
How quickly can I onboard a cohort?
One-hour setup call to walk through the portal and your roster. Students are invited via email with your branding on the welcome message; most are active within 48 hours of receiving the link. We stay on call through your first cycle so nothing slips.
What if a family already has Atlas Prep?
Their existing account migrates onto your seat at no extra charge — we credit the unused portion of their direct subscription. They keep all their data; you gain visibility into it.
How is Atlas different from CollegeVine's free AI?
CollegeVine’s Sage runs on a platform that charges colleges for student recruitment — meaning the tool you’d recommend to clients has a secondary customer whose interests may not align with your student’s. Atlas charges the counselor. Every output is generated solely for that student’s application success, with no college on the other side paying for exposure. That’s the difference between a marketplace and a tool.
